Business Assistance

NASA Glenn partners with a variety of entities in programs aimed at encouraging the expansion of Northeast Ohio's business.

NASA Glenn Garrett Morgan Commercialization Assistance Initiative http://www.nasagmci.org is dedicated to helping small, minority-owned and women-owned businesses expand through the use of NASA technology and expertise.

National Technology Transfer Center (NTTC) http://www.nttc.edu NTTC is an industry leader in transferring technology from federal labs to the private sector. Being regional neighbors, NTTC and GRC work closely to expand markets for Glenn developed innovations.

NASA Illinois Commercialization Center (NICC) http://www.nasa-illinois.org NICC provides technology management and commercialization services to appropriate businesses in the state of Illinois.

Small Business Innovation Research (SBIR) http://sbir.grc.nasa.gov With a stated objective to stimulate US technological innovation, SBIR supplies funding to small and socially disadvantaged businesses performing research with both a benefit to the NASA mission, and an applicability to the marketplace.
